Rates guided by scope, not subscription tiers

Pricing follows entity count, journal volume, and how close you are to fieldwork. Figures below are starting points for planning conversations.

Estimate factors we always ask about: fiscal year-end month, whether consolidation packs are included, language of source documents (Chinese, English, or mixed), and whether on-site days in Kaohsiung or at your premises are required.

## What is not on a rate card We do not sell monthly access seats or “platform tiers.” If your need is a single closing season, we quote a single engagement. If you want continuity from interim through year-end, we propose a combined fee with clear stop points. Deposits are typically 40% to reserve calendar space within six weeks of fieldwork.
